I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT), Certified Lymphadema Therapist (CLT), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500). I have a passion for nutrition, yoga and overall wellness which led me to massage therapy and specifically manual lymphatic drainage.
